This website is operated by All In Pest Solutions, 4740 Jacks Dr, Pahrump, NV 89048. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean All In Pest Solutions, and "you" means anyone who uses this website.

By browsing this site, submitting a form, or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Use of this site

This website provides general information about the pest control, inspection and exclusion work we carry out in Pahrump, Nye County and the Las Vegas valley, Nevada. It is published for information only.

Nothing on this site is professional, medical, veterinary or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for an inspection of your own property. What a particular property actually needs is determined when we look at it.

Estimates, quotes and scheduling

A request submitted through this site is a request, not a booking. It does not create an appointment and it does not oblige us to provide service.

Nothing on this site is a quote or a price. Estimates are free, and pricing, scope and timing are confirmed with you directly. We do not price a treatment for a property we have not inspected.

If your situation is urgent — an active bee or wasp colony, rodents inside the living space, or anyone stung and unwell — call (775) 469-0919 instead of using a form. In a medical emergency, contact emergency services first.

Your service agreement comes first

Where you and we sign a service agreement, work order, inspection report or treatment plan, that document governs the work. Nothing on this website changes, replaces or adds to it, and if anything here appears to conflict with it, the signed document controls.

Preparation, access and what we need from you

Pest treatment depends in part on what happens at the property before and after we visit. Where we give you a preparation list or after-care instructions, following them is part of the service, and results can be affected where they are not followed.

Tell us in advance about anything that changes how we should treat: children, pets, livestock, beehives, aquariums or ponds, and anyone at the property who is pregnant or has a respiratory or other medical condition. Also tell us about known hazards, locked areas, alarm systems and animals on the property.

By scheduling service you confirm you own the property or are authorized to approve work on it, and that you will give us safe access to the areas that need treating.

Results

Pest activity depends on the surrounding environment, the season, the condition of the structure and what the occupants do between visits. Properties in this valley back onto open desert, and pests migrate back in.

For that reason we do not promise on this website that any pest will be permanently eliminated. Any guarantee, warranty or re-treatment commitment is the one written into your service agreement — if it is not written there, it has not been given.

Phone calls, text messages and email

If you give us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your request, your estimate, your appointment and the work itself — including by text message, since scheduling here is usually handled by text.

Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share your phone number, your email address, or your consent to be contacted with anyone for their own marketing.

Acceptable use

Please use this site only for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to interfere with the site or its security, scrape or harvest content or contact details, submit false information or someone else's details, send automated or abusive form submissions, or use anything on this site to build or train a competing service.

Content, photography and trade marks

The text, layout, branding, logo and photography on this site belong to All In Pest Solutions or to their respective owners, and may not be copied, republished or reused without our written permission.

Where we photograph work at a property for our own records or portfolio, we do so without identifying the address or the customer unless the customer has agreed to it.

Reviews and links to other sites

Customer reviews shown on this site are the customers' own words, published on our Google Business Profile or sent to us directly, and are trimmed for length only. They describe those customers' experiences and are not a promise of the same outcome at your property.

This site links to and embeds material from other services, including our Google Business Profile and an embedded Google map. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Disclaimer

This website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the general information on it is complete, current or applicable to your property.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, All In Pest Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of this website — even if we have been told such damages are possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, our total liability arising out of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us, if anything, for services relating to the claim. This limitation applies to the website only; liability for the work itself is governed by your service agreement and by law.

Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of this website, from information you submit through it that is untrue or that you were not entitled to provide, or from your breach of these terms.

Governing law and where disputes are handled

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Nye County, Nevada, and you and we each agree to that venue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the effective date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

If part of these terms does not hold

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Together with our Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement, these terms are the entire agreement between you and us in relation to this website.
